bhorx.com is live. Domain on Cloudflare, page deployed to Workers. Took longer to name it than to ship it.
Picked the stack. Static page at the edge, apps on a single small VM behind Caddy. Cheap to run, easy to reason about.
Started. Decided to build in public rather than in a private repo nobody sees.
